Prior to SSA & Company, Sujata worked at Newell Brands in Global eCommerce Strategy and Growth. She led a three-year global growth plans across all eCommerce cross-functional teams to shift growth from in-store to online at key customers. She contributed to eCommerce readiness across the company by assessing digital trends and potential impact to specific business units. Sujata worked at Mars in Portfolio Strategy where she developed a health and wellness strategy and launched the first digital employee engagement program across seven business segments. She developed the business case and nationally launched goodnessknows® the first health and wellness chocolate product for Mars Chocolate.
