Matthew Lee is an Associate Director at SSA & Company with experience in the financial services, consumer goods, and food & beverage industries. In this role, Matthew has been involved with a wide variety of client projects that span areas such as operational process re-design, product taxonomy and rationalization strategy, pricing strategy, and branding strategy. Prior to joining SSA & Company, Matthew worked with the consultancy Strategy& in their Chicago office.
Outside of project work, Matthew supports the firm’s recruiting and interviewing efforts, helps train junior SSA & Company resources, and is active within the Solutions CoE where he is focused on automating key capabilities for the firm. In his non-work hours, Matthew spends his time as a public speaking coach, is an alumni mentor at Columbia University, and writes about the menswear industry.
