Elliot Polur
Associate Director As an Associate Director, Elliot uses his experience with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational design, change management, research, and analysis to support various teams across SSA & Company clients.
Before joining SSA & Company, Elliot was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton where he designed governance structures and helped lead the rollout of an enterprise-wide performance management framework for a rapidly scaling Department of Defense client. Outside of work, Elliot enjoys traveling, consuming history, watching Tampa Bay sports, and searching for the best sandwich in Washington, DC, where he currently resides.
