In his over 15 years of experience, Alex has developed key skills in strategy development, project management, financial & operational analysis, process mapping, customer journey mapping, organizational alignment, logistics & supply chain, and business case development. Prior to joining SSA & Company, Alex spent time at Accenture, Evariant, a healthcare technology startup, and several process improvement focused boutique consulting firms, delivering operational improvement, organizational redesign, technology adoption, and change management initiatives.
