He reflected on how the pandemic has created lasting changes in consumer preferences and buying habits stating, “[It] drove a change in consumer psyche, driven by the quest to maintain safety.” He explains how many retailers overcame these challenges and how they can continue to do so in 2021, “The way that most retailers got through the economic challenge is by providing omni-everywhere capabilities.”
