Chris Ventry, Vice President of Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods recently shared his insights with Retail TouchPoints about increases in online sales and subsequent returns.

Chris explains how retailers should use this influx of returns to their advantage stating, “Data such as the reason for the return can be appended to that customer record going forward, and the retailer can try to sway that customer in the future to reduce the possibility for a purchase mistake.”
