Chris Ventry, Vice President of Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods was interviewed by Retail Dive on the performance of direct to consumer brands throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
He looks at previous trends in the DTC world and how they will need to be adjusted stating, “If they had physical locations, such as Warby Parker, that also acts as a form of advertising… However, obviously with COVID-19 and the potential for continued re-closings, that’s not necessarily a wonderful tool going forward.”
