Chris Ventry, Vice President of Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods shared his insights with Retail TouchPoints for a special report on the B2B e-commerce market. Chris noted how US merchants should look to Asia for inspiration, “Asia has an even larger penetration of B2B ecommerce than the rest of the world.”

Asian B2B merchants have also excelled in implementing digital technologies in their services. Chris notes, “There has also been a faster adoption of visual technologies in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, as well as a much higher penetration of internet usage in general.
