Dave Fuente
Chairman
Dave Fuente is the former chairman and CEO of Office Depot and former president of Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores. In addition to his current role as Chairman of SSA & Company, he serves on the boards of Office Depot, Ryder Transportation, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Mr. Fuente holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Purdue University.

Scott Miller

Scott Miller was previously CEO of both Hyatt Hotels Corporation and United Infrastructure Company. He is currently a Director of AXA Financial, Inc., Schindler Holdings, Inc., and Navteq. Mr. Miller earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree from Stanford University.

David Niles
President
David Niles previously was a partner at Castling Group and manager of GESD/Castling Investors, a $30 million venture fund. Formerly, he was a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and head of business development for BMG Direct Marketing, a $1 billion division of Bertelsmann AG. He holds an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.  Mr. Niles currently sits on the board of Columbia Business School's Deming Center.

Mikel J. Harry
Vice Chairman & Chief Knowledge Officer
Mikel Harry is the Vice Chairman and Chief Knowledge Officer of SSA & Company, as well as Chairman and CEO of the Six Sigma Management Institute. He is the founder of Six Sigma Academy and co-author of the national bestseller Six Sigma. Dr. Harry received the lifetime Engineering Excellence Award from Arizona State University, where he also earned a doctorate degree.

Ram Charan

Ram Charan is an acclaimed business advisor, speaker and author and the founder of Charan Associates. With Larry Bossidy, he is co-author of Execution and Confronting Reality. Mr. Charan holds both PhD and MBA degrees from Harvard Business School.

Steve Kerr

Steve Kerr was previously a Managing Director and the Chief Learning Officer of Goldman Sachs, where he now is an advisor. Steve came to Goldman Sachs from General Electric, where for seven years he was Vice President of Corporate Leadership Development and Chief Learning Officer, including responsibility for GE's renowned leadership education center at Crotonville. He was previously on the business school faculties of Ohio State University and the University of Michigan, and was dean of the faculty and director of the Ph.D. program at the University of Southern California.

Kaj Ahlmann

Kaj Ahlmann is the former chairman, president and CEO of Employers Reinsurance (a division of General Electric).  He is currently a director for the Deutsche Bank Advisory Council, Cyrus Re, the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, RLI Corporation, and is a past chair of the Reinsurance Association of America.  He and his family also own and operate the Six Sigma Ranch, Vineyards and Winery in Lower Lake, California.
