Business
Relationship Map (BRM)
The first step in SPM is to understand a
company’s core processes and evaluate
their effectiveness through a Business Relationship
Map. By assessing cost, quality and time
metrics for each step of a process, a BRM
provides a high-level understanding of how
your core processes create business value.
When completed, a BRM provides a roadmap
for improvement efforts that will engage
your whole team, from senior management
to the back-office.
Rapid Improvement
Project (RIP)
Based on insights from the BRM, we then
attack critical processes with a disciplined
and measured series of 60- to 90-day efforts
that deliver results. In a team-based environment,
RIPs blend Lean and Six Sigma frameworks
to crack thorny problems quickly.
On-demand training/program
management
Throughout our work, we provide on-demand
training to develop the skills and knowledge
your team will need to support the change
beyond our direct involvement. We also employ
best practices in designing, managing and
tracking all projects, mining our experience
helping hundreds of companies to become
more process focused. |
