Open Enrollment: World-class training with flexibility

SSA & Company offers open-enrollment training programs for clients who aren’t looking to engage in a full deployment, but want to achieve the results at their own pace. We gather executives from different companies for training in a group setting while they work on projects at their home companies. These flexible programs allow SSA & Company to provide its expertise to companies of all sizes and with any level of prior exposure to Six Sigma. For example, our SIX SIGMA GOLD BELT™ certification replicates our high-touch, high-value approach to training Black Belts. In our Gold Belt Program, candidates complete two projects worth $250k each.

Six Sigma Gold Belt™ Certification

SSA & Company created SIX SIGMA GOLD BELTTM certification to replicate the high-touch, high-value approach that SSA & Company utilizes to train Sigma Lean Black Belts in larger, on-site deployments. Unlike other open-enrollment programs, SIX SIGMA GOLD BELTTM certification is much more than just five weeks of classroom training.

We start working with you before you arrive by talking with you and your Project Champion to scope and charter two projects that you can bring with you. Our goal is that each Gold Belt is able to identify and then execute two projects with a minimum value of $500,000 as part of the certification process. By doing so, you are able to apply the tools that you are learning in the classroom to your real-life business problems, and provide substantial financial benefits to your companies.

Further, when you return to your company in-between training weeks, our consultants engage in one-on-one coaching and mentoring with you to ensure that you understand the application of the Lean and Six Sigma tools in your environment. Even after the classroom training is completed, we continue the one-on-one coaching and mentoring with you until your projects have closed.

While individuals have had great success in our program, we have found that groups of two or more from a single company are able to significantly help one another achieve greater success. In order to encourage groups to come together, we offer group discounts.
