The Lean Six Sigma consulting market in Europe lacks a global provider of the quality and experience of SSA & Company. Within the current economic environment, this is the perfect opportunity to establish our company as Europe’s leading process improvement consulting firm.” SSA & Company has led innovation in the business process improvement industry. Its Strategic Process Management (SPM) approach to business improvement delivers results in 90 days and generates returns of five to ten times the size of the initial investment. It is rapidly becoming a new standard for process improvement. With new offices in Munich, Paris and London, SSA & Company is committed to bringing the same innovation and excellence to the European market by tailoring its approach to the specific needs of each culture and focusing on the business imperatives of every client. “Thomas’ unique experience in building a professional services practice and leading a corporate process improvement program is a tremendous asset for our company and our European clients,” says David Niles, SSA & Company’s President and COO. “Thomas understands the local markets like few others, and has an impressive network across Europe. He brings a very unique and decidedly European vision to SSA & Company, and will lead our team to bring the same innovative process improvement methodologies to our clients in Europe as we have in the USA and Asia.” Dr. Kaiser has extensive consulting experience, having worked on a global scale for the Management Consulting unit of Siemens. He successfully led all strategic and operational Quality Management and Process Improvement activities, including benchmarking, restructuring, sales stimulation and quality management in Europe, the Americas and China. He also served as Corporate Vice President for Siemens’ Corporate Quality Management program, where he successfully improved preventive methodologies that had a direct impact on product and process quality. Based on his strong track record, Dr. Kaiser became the leader of Siemens’ Corporate Sustainability function, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role he was responsible for the “triple bottom line” (economic, environmental and social), and gained deep insights on crisis management and compliance recovery. |
