Capital and Cash Management Analysis

SSA & Company’s Capital and Cash Management offering is a comprehensive three-week process that investigates your cross-functional end-to-end cash cycle, including Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Supply Chain logistics, to unlock cash on to your balance sheet and improve the effectiveness of working capital.  Typically, our Capital and Cash Management projects deliver returns over five times the investment.

Customer and Operating Framework Assessment

SSA & Company’s Customer and Operating Framework Assessment helps companies create the necessary business metrics and dashboards executives need to gain clear insight into business performance and customer satisfaction.  To achieve this, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of data sources to ensure that your data and measurement systems are accurate and truly reflect the performance of your operations.  This assessment provides management with critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and aligns the organization around common goals.
